In order to insure and control its growth in competitive market, EPPM   policy is labelled as follow:

Satisfy all clients’ requirements within the best quality and the most cost effective manner for all intervenient benefit.

This policy is implemented at the level of:

 Clients : Through a permanent communication to accurately evaluate their needs and supply products, wich fit with their requirements, Staff, Proposing,
 Staff : by maintaining  a training program to ensure the improvement of personnel ‘s performances,
  Suppliers : By providing detailed and comprehensive requisition  of the needs, to purchase the best Quality product with the best prices,
 Equipments, all the equipments and fittings are always of a high technical performance.

EPPM’s Objectives:

A limited number of clients claims due to the high quality of services which correspond to the provisions that are in accordance with their requirements

A minimum rate of deviation at the level of product, process and system
Rentability at the level,
 A high reliability degree of available means at the level of Procurement,
 A continuous improvement of implemented management system,
 Optimum reliability at the level of means,
 A permanent control to guarantee the safety all times,
 Ergonomic and healthy professional atmosphere,
 Satisfactory profits for shareholders and all the staff,
 A satisfactory control of information through reliable means of communication.

In order to achieve these objectives, the general Directorate has designated a Management Quality Responsible whose task consists in the following :

 Implement a Management System that correspond to the ISO 9001 requirements,
 Provide him a delegation in order to control operations on a regular basis and the system will be adapted to all needs and planned for objectives.

He is in charge and has authority to develop and implement this system in all E.P.P.M’s units.
Each year, all responsible meet together in order to review and control the implemented organization system to make sure that it’s always up to date and provide all the needed means in order to:

- Respect this policy
- Make the company progress continuously
- All employees are invited to participate to these efforts to be inventive and responsible and have the sense of creativity and collaboration.
