This phase allows all EPPM to identify, optimize andwell monitor the project life cycle according to high standards.

One other key of success is the identification of the adequate resources to be affected in aproject under a well studied organization whether it concerns the project team, the functional or the operation teams.

For all above mentioned parties EPPM is taking in consideration all the project aspects, the qualification and technical skills gathered with expertise of selected key persons in order to cope with the stakeholder’s requirements.
