Project Management “the focalpoint is the project organization…”
Just four steps to meet the goal “succeed theproject”, namely: planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, close out.
Once a project is awarded, and in line with its Quality Management system EPPM develop a full comprehensive Project Execution Plan (PMP) composed by a detailed Project Execution Strategy and other subsidiary management plan including, integration, Scope, Time, Cost Control, Quality, Human resources, Communication, HSE, as well as production strategy including Engineering, development Procurement services, Construction & Supervision, Commissioning & Start-up.
This phase allows all EPPM to identify, optimize andwell monitor the project life cycle according to high standards.
One other key of success is the identification of the adequate resources to be affected in aproject under a well studied organization whether it concerns the project team, the functional or the operation teams.
For all above mentioned parties EPPM is taking in consideration all the project aspects, the qualification and technical skills gathered with expertise of selected key persons in order to cope with the stakeholder’s requirements.
For all complex projects all principals are involved to bring the added value to the project.
