Procurement is a bridge between engineering phase and construction phase…

The next step is to be managed by procurement division able to endorse any simple or complex purchase operation. Accordingly to involve the legal department to carefully wording the terms in contract and / oragreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and to seek support early from qualified engineers to vigilantly administer forecasted risks. And finally to follow up the purchasing order from identifying the adequate supplier to the factory acceptance test in narrow collaboration with both engineering team and commissioning team to reach project requirements.

Consequently the procurement process is composed by four main steps, namely to establish the procurement plan for each project, then to conduct procurement operation from selecting the adequate supplier whether shortlisted in client database orprequalified by EPPM procurement department. The next two steps are to administer procurements and to close out the process.
